I’ve installed osvvm in Vivado using the method recommended in the README.rst file (or at least the way I understand it).

source <path-to-OsvvmLibraries>/OsvvmLibraries/Scripts/StartXSIM.tcl
build ../OsvvmLibraries # From tool command line
