New: OS-VVM subscriptions!

Warm greetings from the cold Nevada!

I am pleased to announce new feature of our website: subscriptions. Now all registered users can visit Useful Operations widget (bottom part of the right pane) and click [Un]Subscribe to Posts link. After a few clicks (to discourage robots) user can adjust level of notifications. Post categories (if any) to be notified about and authors to be excluded (if any) can be selected.
