Can we do it with the existing Packages?
YES WE CAN!
WHY?
RandCovPoint produces Numbers & we can let those Numbers represent whatever we want.
We can let those Numbers represent TIME if we want to.
SO
We do not need new Packages to do OSVVM Temporal Coverage.
